I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor with speciality training in anxiety disorders, substance use disorders and EMDR. I am a holistic, energy focused therapist and Reiki Attuned.

Meet Emily

Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC (she/her)

Emily has been working as a therapist for over a decade and through this experience she has found that an integrative and eclectic approach to mental health therapy is most beneficial to those seeking support. Emily focuses on holistic techniques that include self-compassion, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), breathwork and somatics. 

By fostering a collaborative and trauma-informed environment, Emily encourages clients to explore their feelings and experiences in a safe space. As an EMDR-trained practitioner, she effectively addresses past traumas, understanding the mind-body connection and the powerful healing that occurs when our nervous system becomes regulated and we can feel safe in our own body. 

Believing that true well-being comes from within, Emily is committed to guiding clients on their journey of self-discovery with both traditional and non-traditional ideas and techniques. She believes that in order to experience true peace, you must heal the entire self.
